Surveys: Date picker, form validation, and survey data metafields

These would be nice to have, I didn’t notice any of these as current options during my testing:

1. Date picker on surveys, for collecting customer birthdays. Preferably with selection of format so I can pass that data into our email marketing platform. Currently I need this in MM/DD/YYYY format. *** This should pass into a metafield on the customer profile.

Bonus: if this can pass directly into Klaviyo profile via their api.

2. Any customer notes, such as a ‘gift note’ need to be in an accessible Order metafield so they can pass onto packing slips, etc. using Liquid. I have downstream fulfillment staff that would need this printed out since they may not ever view the order screen inside the admin.

3. Shopify Flow for Checkout Plus that will allow survey answers to send to Google Sheets
as they come in.
