Specific Shipping Methods for Certain Days

We currently want to offer customers the choice of Saturday delivery service. But this should only be offered for orders made on thursdays and fridays, because any earlier days won’t be an issue. So can we get a condition feature where we hide specific shipping methods on day-base.
